Can anyone provide me with the best treatment for internal piles? They are so sore, and so I try delay going to the toilet..which I know is not good...but it really feels like a knife tearing through me!

Ouch... this pains mentally. I am going to the first grade of my high-school and I don't have any friends.. Just a couple of them. I don't know, I tried to make some contacts but it just doesn't work. They laugh at stupid jokes and so on. I just can't stand it. Everyone is so... sleifsh, all about fun. I hate to go there but I have to. What should I do? Please, help me cause I think I am suicidal.
