Tell me clearly about eating like calories means what types of calories. I want attend my sisters marriage in october month all are making fun of me, because i'am very thin PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ help me guys.
I was so much of tens with this problem i was not attending any of my funtions also.

im only 17 years old, i feel like im trapped inside an old person with all my responsibilities, sometimes i get so frustrated i dont even know what to do. i just want to enjoy life at this age. any chance i can do that without having my whole family judging me ? everything that i do gets criticized and somehow in the end, i always turn out to be the bad person/

People say I have nasal quality in my voice...
How can I stop sounding nasal???

it is a bad turn off for people....

& they copy my voice alot...!!!

I broke my 3rd & 4th metatarsal 5 weeks ago. When I 1st did it, I got a cast on and was told to come back in 4 weeks to have it xrayed and another cast on for a further 3 weeks. When I went back to have it xrayred, they just took the cast off and sent me home! Didn't ask about pain or anything, didn't even have my 1st xray up on the screen! How do I know they are healing properly? Why did they change their minds? Could it have been that it was absolutely packed in the waiting room? Or is this normal? Although I hated the cast,I feel my foot is very vulnerable and also like my protection has gone.When I asked about the xray the doc looked at me as if I was putting it on or something!! and said 'you don't want another cast on do you?' I was like 'well, no, but it is still hurting alot' and he goes 'I think you're right, you don't need another one on, you are discharged.' I left with a big '?' above my head.

i know i spelled it wrong, i have this small pink growth coming out of my a hole its not big at all, itstad longer than the length of the letter I on the keyboard, somewhat longer than a skintag, i sit on my *** alot n i do have pain while taking bm's at times. any suggesations?

ok so i have a sixpack but one side is higher than the other... is it due to an incorrect exercising pattern or r my muscles just aligned that way? im 18 n ive been doing daily sit-ups for a few years now, is it bad to just do sit-ups?

back along my partner told me he was feeling the string spike him during sex and when he told me he couldn't feel them anymore i thought i would check, and now i can't feel the strings at all should i be concerned and get an appointment at family planning to get it checked?
if there not there where would they have gone its weird i could feel them so much easier before today i dunno what to do your help would be most apprieciated. thanks in advance

I know a friend who won't take care of herself and won't exercise for anything. She won't think things through. She just sits at her office because her dad is her boss. She is 30 but still need her maids to take care of her. She never remembers anything. She walks 100 times slower than a snail. We gave advise to her but each time she won't do it. I was shock last time we went to the park with friends, I saw her couldn't walk up to upper stage in the stadium- she was just standing on our back and stand still and being mute. Any advised to help her?
