Learn Meditation or Yoga. Zazen Okinawan Meditation is what I use. Tai Chi, Chi gong, any kind of meditation teaches you to center yourself throughout the whole day no matter what obstacles cross your path. Martial Arts Training is a good way to teach how to handle life also. You have to learn how to clear your mind & live in the momment. Your advantage is that you're young & you realize that you need to do somethingnow. Just start NOW! The rest will fall into place, you'll be surprised how easy it is once you get started. A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.

Well, i think for starters u stress yourself out too much, imagining how ur family would judge u, whether they really do or not. Some people are worriers by nature and u are probably one of them. But dont despair, there's always time to improve one's self.

Stress is usually induced when both the physical body and and mental status is overworking, which eventually affects the soul. So u would have to focus on one category by one category.

Exercise is a great way to relieve stress as it releases endorphines and also boosts your self-esteem. I'm more an aerobics person so prefer sports and workout exercises, but i find pilates and yoga REALLY helps when i'm stressed. Even swimming!
Also, EAT RIGHT! Have 3-4 set meals a day, and make sure they're of nutritious food and not junk. (some food has been proven to cause depression etc. for eg MSG containing food) And sleep is very very important. Make sure u have enough sleep.

To relax your mind, yoga and meditation helps. Or even listening to some good soft music and some aromatherapy and just feel your body relaxed. Always have a positive mind set. Purchase books which would help in this aspect too, like Norman Vincent Peel, Dr. Joseph Murphy, Zig Ziegler's books, etc.

Lastly, laugh and be joyful! Dont worry too much about the future, as tomorrow will worry by itself. Live in the NOW :)

I used to have that problem I would get lost in my music or school
what I mean by my music is favorite songs etc...I would excel at school I would find several things in which I could cope with my families judgement and still not lose myself...I was 15 at the time I used to hangout with old people at the senior center or blind center or even at the park, but, at the park I could still pretend I was 5 and run up and down the slides or swing as high as I could go then jump off the swings or play tether ball whatever gets you through and always remember soon you'll be 18 and out on your own or in college then you're gonna miss all that you won't know what to do with yourself so just pace yourself and take it 1 day at a time....anytime you need to talk send me an email and I'll send you my number if you like...
hang in there trust me you will get through

Oh baby, you have my sympathy. You have explained the cause of your stress. You are feeling rejected. The folks are trying to turn you into a perfect adult. At 17, you are an adult, and life can be difficult at the crossroads which is where you are now. It may be an idea to sit down and have a talk with someone you know and trust. They may be able to act as a mediator and you all sit down and sort out exactly what the problem is. Don't worry, you're not alone in this. Many young people go through the same thing and it's very difficult. You need to talk it out. Crying yourself to sleep isn't the answer.

It sounds like your not only stressed but also depressed. Due to your age you are probably going through the toughest time of your life. Your hormones are raging.... nothing makes sense, everyone around you is stupid. I can remember this stage of life. Trust me, it WILL get better. I'll be blunt here.... nothing in this world is worth taking your own life.

Get organized. Write down everything you have to do. Is there anything you can simplify? or get done faster? Give it some thought. Get some exercise. Exercise causes the brain to release a natural "feel good" chemical. Good Luck!!!

Well, if you don't want to stress but you don't want your family judging you...
It's a hard to do,

EXCEPT!!!

You could enjoy your life by now, which you should do.

- "How? I'm stress with my life".
Well the real thing is, your life isn't a stress life for real, it makes you stress because you think it is a hard way to live. You should Enjoy what you're doing, even it's a hard live, even it is a live full with struggle, even it's full with pain.

- "how could I?"
Well, that's my question... long time ago, but after I try many "high way" and I can't find that way, I use "my way".

- "how can I find mine?"
That's hard one, thing that all of you life is somekind of joke... so just enjoy the joke, and you'll find "your way". you can start with see all positive side from your work, example: think that your responsibilities are way your way to have a brighter future.

- "What if after a long try I haven't found it?"
Well, that's because you haven't try hard enough. Cause the harder you try, the better you will get.

- "I can't, I really can't! All I can see is my life is a bad one"
Well, as long as you think like that, you won't get you "beautiful life". Remember one think, you mind makes everything. As long as you thing your life is beautiful, you'll get brighter and brighter day, visa versa.

- "What if after a long way, and I found most happiness from all what I do, but there's still many things that made me stress?"
Try to smile or sing/hear songs that you like. Sang your favorite song [with our without hearing it] or keep smiling when those things came. May be people around you will think that you're crazy, but there will be many more who thing that you have a good attitude, you have a strong will.
[this is a simple way but with great effect to your life]

well, the conclusion is:
Your mind rule your life. [this is psychology effect]
Your smile will make your world more beautiful. [this one is magic effect from smile]
Your way makes your life brighter than the sun.

There's nothing trully hard except you thing it is hard.
There's nothing will make you happy if you don't think it makes you happy.
cause as long as you try, you'll find a way.

I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. Sometimes you just want the whole world to swallow you in. Everything you say or do is wrong and no-one wants to listen to what you have to say. Sometimes you just need to let-them-be. If they dont want to listen to you then follow your gut feeling and to hell with them. Try doing something that will take your mind off all your troubles... try exercising, painting or reading a book. Trust me, all 17 year olds go through the same thing. I hope this is only a phase you are going through and its not something deeper. Email me if you want and we can communicate over the email - its always nice to have someone to talk to and I would never judge you.

First of all your family should not make you have so many responsibilities you are to young, tell your family that you need to take some time off so you can go out and have some fun with children your age, if it is only 1or 2 days a week. GOOD LUCK

take it one day at a time... stay off drugs and don't have a baby right now. Life is hard enough at your age and the transition from a kid to an adult is difficult... It sucks trying to get people to take you seriously when they still see you as a kid... Your family is not going away! just do your best and know that you have done your best. I think just trying a little bit to take it in stride will help you... don't let everything everyone has to say weigh on your shoulders.

take it easy

Why don't u ensure that you spend some quality time for yourself everyday reading a good book, watch a movie, sport or just talk to a friends or go to a gym.... listen to your favourite rock star..... just take a walk by the lake... There are many ways u can vent off your stress...
Most of the above should be "acceptable"....
