ok so i have a sixpack but one side is higher than the other... is it due to an incorrect exercising pattern or r my muscles just aligned that way? im 18 n ive been doing daily sit-ups for a few years now, is it bad to just do sit-ups?

as long as you've been doing them correctly it's just genetics. if you loOK at some of the pro body builders not all have that 6 pack appearance. this is ok just make sure you do them properly. mix it up to like add some crunches. more challenging do what i do. doing pull-ups and touch your knees to the bar each time you pull-up. also try hanging upside-down and doing sit-ups.

it can be both. your muscle structure is controlled by genes. If all else fails, try bronzing powder but trust me - women are not going to care if one side is higher than the other. we just care that you've got one.

maybe the weights you got is not even. it must have same counts, ryt?
