Omega III are another type of Free Fatty Acids - in otherwords fats and cholesterols. The Omega IIIs are rich in High Density Lipoproteins - the good cholesterols. HDLs help us to get rid of Low Density Lipoproteins (LDLs) - these are the bad cholesterols that cause blockages in our arteries.
Omega IIIs can be found in oily fish.
