I am sure you can, I'm sure if you a suffered a broken arm then Tesco must have filled out an accident report, and Tesco will have insurance that should cover you. don't let them fob you off, if need be contact CAB or your union.

You need to speak to your union steward for assistance in making a claim. That's what you pay your union dues for. Your union health and safety rep should have been informed and carried out a safety inspection after the incident. If you don't know who your steward or safety rep are, look on your unions website for a helpline number and they'll put you in touch with your local branch and they will tell you who your steward is. Make sure the incident is noted in the accident book at your work too.

Yup, you sure can. At least if you're in the States I know you can. You were injured at work, so therefore it's a workman's comp claim. They should at LEAST cover your medical bills.

I would've thought your work would have insurance for that kind of thing so you wouldn't need the persons details anyway.
