My wife is going to have twins any hour now and she’s driving me crazy. She’s making me get her things and hold her hand during contractions ( which really hurts because she’s squeezing it) and like everything she’s just really annoying and loud. Ohh and she kicked me out and replaced me with her mother.. that’s why I’m on the computer and not with her.

i started a diet 2 weeks ago which contains only fruits, vegetables, pulses ,beans, yoghurt. (i m a vegetarian)i use very small quantity of oil when preparing food. i m loosing weight but i want to know if the diet is healthy or not? pls guide me.

Have had bad mood swings and episodes of sucidal tendancies throughout my life, have been informally diagnosed as bipolar 2 but my psychiatrist won't send an appointment, even after my gp has written to him. Aparently i can't get any meds for it to stablise my moods until psychatrist has said so! I have 3 young children and a husband whos slowly going as mad as i feel due to this. My other family (mum, dad, brothers etc) have just cut me off as they think i'm "unhinged"
Has anyone got any ideas on how to kick the psychiatrist up the backside? This is ruining our lives and I don't really understand what bipolar itself means, i'm not schizophrenic just have major sudden swings....

about? The person I talk about is my mother who has high BP (on Amlodipine) and gets daily headaches. She's anxious by nature and gets dizzy when anxious. Her echo came back as fine.
