I doubt that would be possible. That's like asking, how do you make a man have an orgasm after his entire penis has been cut off? The woman's clitoris has either been completly amputated or mutilated so badly that it only senses pain.
It is likely not even remotely possible for her to have an orgasm. That's why those messed-up cultures do that---so the men can ensure the women never enjoy sex, b/c they think it prevents women cheating on them.
