You need protein, fat, carbohydrate, roughage, minerals and vitamins for a healthy diet.

2 kg a week is okay to start with as you are mostly losing fluid. You should aim to lose about a kg a week long term.

i am not sure if the diet is healthy.

i do know a healthy weight loss should be 0.5 to 1 kg per week.
but i guess its okay. just be more careful and make sure there's no heart palpitations, feel weak, etc.

4kgs is quite alot to lose in 2weeks your weight loss should balance itself out over the next few weeks Eg 1kg a week if not and you are losing more then you need to look at your Diet and find a healthy balance,

Good eating is always healthy, but remember you need protein. The best protein is meat. Fish is excellent.

I have done it on me myself... and I feel quiet healthy now..
But it depends on how over-weight you are. Check your BMI and if suggests to reduce, go ahead
