In fantasy stories, and I believe that in real life too, love used to be the most powerful force, even spells had a hard time working against it. Maybe love, in a pure form, could help you.

to begin with you gotta go cold turkey. no such thing as slowing down or cutting it out slowly. Avoid being around your friends when you know they have gear on them..avoid the ppl you used to buy from. take up a hobby and/or start some sport to enjoy the lack of strain you are putting on yourbody since quitting. Its a mindset, keep reminding yourself why you dont want to do it anymore and prepare yourself for when you are weak and tempted.

Find some friends who don't do drugs and hang around with them. If you live in a drug house and are over 18, move out.

Stay away from anyone who uses drugs and utilize some of the online support groups that are out there.

the first step is--admitting you have an addiction---face the truth. second--change the crowd you are hanging out with--know that those who attempt to sabotage your intentions are not your friends - they just want to drag you down with them into to the gutter. rehab--if all else fails why would you not go -- is not your life worth it?

The best way is to lay off the stuff...Quit cold turkey...Think of other avenues, or adventures you can count on...That stuff is ruling you...You need to rule it...Aren't you the king?
Also, think of the money you could save, and take a nice trip with it...Last of all pour your heart out on paper...When you want the dope, write down how it makes you feel, and how badly you need to quit...Don't end up like John Candy, * GG Allin, cult psychopathic punk rock singer and country and western singer who fronted The Jabbers, The Scumfucs, The Murder Junkies among other bands.
