Pilates is said to be good for giving your muscles length. My thighs are getting slimmer and i use thigh weight machines and cardio equipment.

Being honest here.
You may never have slim thighs.
Everyone is a different shape.
If you naturally have large thighs it is unlikely you will ever have slim ones.
Brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling will tone your legs up and remove fat.

squats or stair climbing whether on a machine or for real, trust me as a chunky thighed person, ive tried it all cycling, swimming etc.
