Sounds like a good old fashioned stomach flu. Body aches, headaches, throwing up. fever/chills. Tylenol (acetominophen) really helps the body aches. If you are not feeling better after 4-5 days, see a doctor.

Sounds a lot like a food borne illness. Most people mistake those for a stomach flu.
Influenza attacks the lungs and rarely causes vomiting.
Go see a doctor about it. In the meantime, drink lots of fluids and take tylenol for the pain and fever.
Hope you feel better soon.

You might be coming down with the flu. Go to a doctor to find out. Some of us can't diagnose you because we aren't doctors, not to sound mean or anything. I just don't want to tell you and be wrong. I hope you feel better.

It sounds like the flu virus. It could possibly be some kind of infection depending on how long your symptoms have lasted. Are you under a lot of stress that could be part of it also. I hope you get better. Take care
