Have you ever watched the program "Whose Line is it Anyway?" Every once in a while they do a game where bizare films are shown in the background. One that I have seen included a woman who could pop her eyes forward and backwards in the eye sockets at will...without even touching them.
I had a nurse friend where her eyes would pop out (avulse)...frequently when she sneezed. Apparently, it is a combination of shallow orbits where the eyes are "housed" in the skull and looser muscles around the eye making it easier for it to happen. For clarification...we are not talking about the eyes popping out and hanging by the optic nerve here...but unnaturally further out of the socket.

If you deliberately held your eyes open while you sneezed, depending on the force of the sneeze, yes, your eyes would pop out of your head. Your face would look very similar to Schwarzenegger's in the scene near the end of "Total Recall" where he was about to explode. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you were proving a really good point.
