well what worked for me was
drinking lots and lots of water i mostly drank just water no fruit juice ,especially no soda stay away from lots of sugar ,
stayed away from junk food the most part cookies,chips,candy
i walked about an hour each day ( or at least every other) outside or on a treadmill
less dairy -especially ice cream-(so good but so bad when u try to lose weight)

know people can get side tracked but just keep working on it
if u eat some extra junk food just walk some more

and dancing is also a great work out

It is difficult to give plans without knowing a person but I can say if you decide to walk or run or do crunches, beginners make the same mistakes.

What is important to start out little by little as many days a week as possible depending on the exercise.

Beginners often start out too fast and feel too much pain so they hate it. Running, for example may leave you sore at first but that is one price for fitness. Keep in touch with your doctor or health care person or trainer as you go along for help and advice.

Belly dancing, particial sit ups, and a good video to encourage you to work at this. I have the same problem and i'm going to tackle it down before christmas.

Walk, every day for about an hour. Take a walk to the park, or just walk, enjoying life!! I bet that you'll be losing weight. You don't have to run or walk fast!
