Sounds like you may have sciatica.
Be your own doctor for a week, take Ibuprofen and paracetamol.
If it gets better then I'd say it IS sciatica. If no change, go to a doctor and get a proper diagnosis..............best of.....xx

As long as you don't have any known back problems then It could be a posture problem. Have someone video you walking normally from the side and rear. You will then be able to check your posture as you walk.

Its amazing how many people walk with there shoulders forward (stooped) and not with a straight back.

If you look okay I'd go to see a Physio or Osteopath just to make sure your not trapping a nerve.

Good luck hope you sort it out.

It sounds like slipping rib syndrome. People get this through ongoing trauma to the area such as heavy lifting on a regular basis or simply a bad cough. It weakens the joints around the ribs & will cause pain in the chest area especially after some exertion. Google it, you might find something on it.
