I teach dance class (generic) and I was alerted this evening about a boy who has Antreverted HIps ( not sure on the spelling) - or as the mother described, the hip joints are backwards, sort of like hip displasia in dogs. Can any one tell me about this. I need to know so that I do not aggrevate the condition.

I have been so mentally and physically stressed big time lately! My hubby and I have been argueing, I've had my neice all week, my 3 kids were sick which made my neice sick, they all have been cranky...ugh....I am really about to explode! Im a 38 yr old male w/wife & child from Glendale Heights,illinois struggling with financial difficulties.

Ok, so I want to lose some pounds so I can look and feel a little more healthier. While I've been in pretty good health, lots of laziness has given me some unwanted poundage in the abdomen region. I wouldn't call myself fat or overweight, but it's just not "proportional"...if thats a word... And I have never really been an athletic or physical person, so I never really did workouts before. I am just looking for tips for an easy starting workout that can help me out. Anything from weight training to exercise tips to the right kinds of foods will really help me out.

A few of my stats:

18 yrs old.
6'3"-6'4"ish
about 215-225 (i have measure myself in a while)
a little chubby in the stomach region
and a pretty busy schedule of work and school on almost every day
