Ok, so I want to lose some pounds so I can look and feel a little more healthier. While I've been in pretty good health, lots of laziness has given me some unwanted poundage in the abdomen region. I wouldn't call myself fat or overweight, but it's just not "proportional"...if thats a word... And I have never really been an athletic or physical person, so I never really did workouts before. I am just looking for tips for an easy starting workout that can help me out. Anything from weight training to exercise tips to the right kinds of foods will really help me out.

6'3"-6'4"ish
about 215-225 (i have measure myself in a while)
a little chubby in the stomach region
and a pretty busy schedule of work and school on almost every day
