Ok, so I want to lose some pounds so I can look and feel a little more healthier. While I've been in pretty good health, lots of laziness has given me some unwanted poundage in the abdomen region. I wouldn't call myself fat or overweight, but it's just not "proportional"...if thats a word... And I have never really been an athletic or physical person, so I never really did workouts before. I am just looking for tips for an easy starting workout that can help me out. Anything from weight training to exercise tips to the right kinds of foods will really help me out.

A few of my stats:

18 yrs old.
6'3"-6'4"ish
about 215-225 (i have measure myself in a while)
a little chubby in the stomach region
and a pretty busy schedule of work and school on almost every day

Whenever I need to lose a couple pounds before going to the beach or something, the best method is a combo of diet and exercise. After about a week and a half u really see results, 3-4 weeks gets you were u wanna be.
Diet-no sodas or fatty, fried foods, minimal sweets
Exercise-lots of cardio(bike,stair master, basketball) and medicine ball exercises.

I walk with my friends everywhere.And do sit-up and push ups every now and then. That's the best I got.

if your a male (i think)...your gonna grow again..that is what happens with tall people...u get a belly then woops 2 inches taller...
