I would like to lose some fat and i need to know how much i should eat. I am 5'7" 175 pounds, im in very good shape, i run 3 miles 6 days a week, workout 4 days a week, and do endurance training 2 days a week. But i eat like a monster, usually i only eat about 3000-3500 calories aday, but i can consume over 5000 calories and not even know it. . Most of my body is muscle considering i workout a lot and have seen a very dramtic increase in my strength. I think most of the fat on my body is from before i started to workout (4 years ago). I need to know exactly how much is good amount to eat. As in calories and the amount of carbs. I am capable of eating much less (i only ate 1000 calories today) because i dont "crave" anykind of food. Please answer my question and include tips to lose fat and exactly how much i should eat.
