You're definitely not fat, or too thin. For someone your age, you're very close to the "ideal" weight, actually. If you want to do something about your abs, try sit-ups. Or my personal favorite, tightening the abs while doing whatever... Not really exercise in the "this will work the cardiovascular system and burn calories" sort of way, but it does wonders for slimming the waist if you do it enough. (I had a tiny waist as a teen from doing this, so I know it works.)

A BMI of 18.5-24.9 is normal. I'd say you don't need to lose weight, however, toning up never hurts (and remember, muscle weighs more than fat so if you build muscle you might gain a few pounds but they're GOOD pounds!) Try walking to tone your legs, do situps for your stomach and do pushups for your arms or you can do "arm circles" where you put your arms out level with your shoulders and move them slowly in a large circle. Move forward for 15 repetitions and then backwards for 15 repetitions, rest and repeat. To tone your triceps clasp your hands in front of your face, fingers interlocked, and press your wrists and elbows together, leaving your arm at a 90 degree angle in front of your body. Now, keeping your elbows and wrists together slowly push your arms upwards in short motions. OUCH! I absolutely hate doing that exercise but by gosh it sure works!

You don't need to lose weight. You are fine. Do weight lifting at the gym for your legs or whatever you want to tone. Try some crunches. Like 500 a day.

You seem just fine. Women generally feel they are always fat. After you lose 2 pounds, you will still feel fat because its in your head to lose weight. Enjoy life because life is short.

you are fine, take ballet lessons , and do crunches, you dont lose weight to get toned, you exercise, you are just a little underweight but its not bad, just work on the actual toning, ride bikes, swim, play volleyball, anything like that will tone you up.

This depends on what your local Health doctor should tell you. He/she should put you on a scale and tell you if you are either too heavy or to light. This should be a factor that means so much to your body.

You seem fine to me. You could always do sit-ups to keep your belly toned. Good luck!
