I work in a nursing home. They won't let use know who the corportate owners are. I would like to know how I can find out who they are so I could contact them to let them know what is going on in their nursing home. If you have any ideas PLEASE let me know.....Thanks

you can try to report concerning issues to the state health board, every state health board should have a website. If you don't find yours, email me your state name

If it is a corporation, your state government should have all the information on who the corporation is owned by, and who the officers are. You may also want to see if your state has a credentialing or accreditation bureau for nursing homes, with a hotline or reporting service for nursing home problems or abuses.

If there's abuse going on, report them IMMEDIATLELY to a government agency.
The agency will know who they need to shut down right away.
Elder abuse is rampant in nursing facilities.
I worked in a nursing home and have seen first hand how these under paid employees treat the residents,, they treat them like animals at some of the places and I think it sux!

You could try looking up the nursing home on the internet and it should say what body owns it. Or contact the department of health in your state and ask them who to contact.

I have been a C .N. A. for close to 2 years now. I have worked in 2 of them in TN. I try to do my best to care for them. And I get very close to the ones I care for. I dont get any help to care for the 12 on my floor plus I help with the ones in the dinning area, plus Because I am older but stronger man, the lady C.N.A.S on the other floors all ways come to me for help with there bigger or harder one,s to deal with ,So I was so stressed out from not enough help and not enough time to get it all done that I lost my cool and I told the nurse where to get off when she yelled at me. I walked out. I didn't even have time to eat my dinner I was running so hard, And the nurse yelling at me that she needed me to get done right now. So I told her where to go and walked out. that was 3 days ago now I feel bad for the ones I cared for and I worry that they are not getting the care that some of them need.I don't know why I should even care because of the very poor pay I got it sure wasn't worth all I went thru.But I still worry about them.
