I have been so mentally and physically stressed big time lately! My hubby and I have been argueing, I've had my neice all week, my 3 kids were sick which made my neice sick, they all have been cranky...ugh....I am really about to explode! (dont worry I wouldnt ever harm any kids) I just want to relax somehow! Does anyone have any ideas before I explode? I just cant handle all this stress! I just uuuuggghhhhhh,.....

If you can, take some time away from it all. Even if it's just a night out with a friend. Stop arguing for a while (it usually takes two to keep the fight going). Do something you like to do. And learn effective time management.

clay work is really theraputic just go to a craft store pick up some earthen ware or terracotta clay and work with it
take a large chunk and throw it at the table a few times then roll it into a smooth ball press your thumb in the center and press it gently while turning it-then its all you do what you want with it or-make a wet barrel-let it set out till you cant work with it anymore then put it in a bucket of water for a day or two and play in it squish it throw it at walls whatever-wet barrels are always calming-unless youre a clean freak in which case i cant help you

do you enjoy exercising? excercising can help to relieve stress. Perhaps listening to classsical music. Perhaps ask your husband to help you with taking care of your household.
