I am in a relationship with this really awesome guy and want to keep him and be together forever but Im afraid my insecurities will ruin it.When I was a teenager I got pregnant in a very unpleasant way and gave the kid up for adoption.The pregnancy gave me stretch marks all over my breasts and from my belly button down to the middle of my thighs.I am 29 now and still have them.Also, I was in a horrible relationship with an abusive guy and didnt care about my looks and gained a lot of weight.I have lost a lot of the weight since then but still feel very fat and have a horrible self image.My bf always tells me Im beautiful, but I dont believe him and think he is just saying it to be nice and not hurt my feelings. I think that I am very ugly and fat and no matter how many times people in my life tell me the opposite I dont believe it.What can I do to get some self esteem and look past all my faults and problems?

I've got symptoms of Shingles, severe pain in my upperback, from the middle over towards my left shoulder blade. It feels like the pain is going straight through to my chest. I can't sleep for the pain, trouble with diarrhea, and my stomache hurts. If I cough it hurts, but it doesn't hurt when I take deep breathes. This is my 3rd day with this pain but there isn't any rash yet. ould this be Shingles and should I call my doctor?

I just ound out my x bf died .is there anyway I can find out what he died from? I dont get along with his family to well,and am scared to ask them. It just said he died at home, he had recently gotten married so I cant realy ask his wife, or x wife.
Would the death certificate say cause of death? I am afraid it may of been self inflicted.

He works seven days a week never coming home until nine or afterwards. I have no problem with him working but im 24 and his obsession with money is taking over his feelings for me. I do nothing but cry, argue with him and ask him to spend a couple of hours with me and our son on a Sunday. But every time its the same excuse that he has no time for us but yet he will always have time to do those extra jobs. Have time for those weekends away with friends and them weekly nights out. Its not his bank account suffering its my 3 year old? Im scared and dont know what to do.

I've recently started seeing a bloke for just over a month now. Everything was great. I knew he liked weed - but didn't know it was like the way it is..... He won't see me unless hes got some weed to smoke when he's with me. Which means i haven't seen him for a few weeks now.........


I really don't know what to do. It was ok to start with now its like he'lld rather have smoke then see me . What can i do .... i have tempations to leave him and to find someone else . HE gives no no attention and seems like he don't care ........

Hi, Hope you dotn mind me asking for your help. I have been on a diet for the last week, but its the slimming world diet where you do eat a lot. Anyway accoriding to my scales I lost 10lb. I was only just overweight to start with (start bmi 25.1 ) and I think its quite a larege drop? SHould I be worried?
