very tough and unhealthy to loose 6 pounds in 2 weeks...you can try loosing it over 4 weeks by decreasing your calorie intake by 500 per day. also excercise every day burning 500 more calories...this is a sure shot..dont try surgery or pills...very harmful..

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

It actually wouldn't be healthy to lose this much in 2 weeks - 1-2 pounds per week is healthy - otherwise your will put it back on again. However if you are really determined then cut out alchohol, sugar, reduce fat and eat stacks of fruit and veg - in fact as much as you want. Then make sure you get at least 30 mins of excersise a day. This should fix it.

Eat less....exercise more, but don't overdo it. Don't eat past about 6 hours before bed-time. No crap.....fresh fruit and vegetables. Lean meat. Nothing fried.
Yes it is possible. Average loss without being ridiculous is 2-3 pounds in a week.
The less weight you need to lose, the harder it is though, but don't give up.
