lots of iron (meat) potassium (bananas) milk (calcium) you also should make sure you take a daily vitamin that includes all of your daily needs just incase you are unable to fit the nutriets you need into your food intake

at this stage of growing age, u must include enough green vegetables, milk, and lots of water(6-7 glasses) everyday in your diet. another essential is fruit. u can either have it raw or fruit juice(any seasonal). i think this is sufficient, what say?
