Hi, Hope you dotn mind me asking for your help. I have been on a diet for the last week, but its the slimming world diet where you do eat a lot. Anyway accoriding to my scales I lost 10lb. I was only just overweight to start with (start bmi 25.1 ) and I think its quite a larege drop? SHould I be worried?

If you really lost 10 lbs. in one week, it was pretty much water. The second week and after, you shouldn't lose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week, not healthy.

no. but you should be worried if it's 10 PER week. it should slow down the next week. hopefully only 5 pounds per week. i have been on a diet pill now for a month and one week and i have lost 20 pounds already.

Why do you worry? Now you are in good shape. Henceforth you do this much -
avoid spicy, fatty, stale and stimulous foods/ bakery products.
add salads and sprouts to your meals.
do some regular exercise.

if it was me i would be worrid as your ment to loose wheight slowly not as fast as that as it could harm your health. ifyour worrid go toyour doctors.
