Alcohol!!! or maybe u r just too in to the moment and you need to concentrate on something besides what u r doing so much in your head you might need to picture some thing not so exciting or hold a conversation. Maybe think of base ball. Or you could do it twice!!!

Relax buddy! Learn how to "control" it. Practice makes perfect! Have your blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked too! If you have diabetes or hypertension, then have these conditions corrected. Lastly, see your local Urologist if your problems continue
