losing ten pounds in a week isnt necessarily hard - but it all depends... on a bet i dropped 10 pounds in about 5 days... first off, 10 pounds for someone who weighs 215 is a lot different than 10 pounds for someone who is 115... on sunday i was 218, by friday morning i was 208- i busted my butt at the gym.... most likely i just dropped water weight, but if all you are looking for is what the scale reads, then it's about as good a fix as any... i mean, hell, any pro boxer or wrestler has had to make weight and i'm sure has had to drop more pounds and in less time... good luck

More than 50% claims are silly. Don't believe at first step. Yes, you can do it but within 15 to 30 days.
Avoid spicy, fatty and stimulous stale foods. Avoid cold drinks, hot drinks and sweets or bakery products. You should love self cooked food if possible. Use minimum rice in it. Add salads and if possible sprouts to both the meals. Whenever you are hungry use sprouts only. It will be the cheapest and most healthy food too.
You will have to exercise and control your tongue. Eventhen if it doesn't work go on waterfast.

do not starve; eat veggies & low fat protein (grilled chicken or fish) and dont eat sugar, pasta, white bread, potatoes, or rice; avoid salt.
dont drink any beverages w/ calories & drink lots of water & green tea. run (or jog) every day for about 15- 25 min. and do some weight training. losing 10 lbs in a week isn't really healthy-
you may not reach your goal, but you might get some results... good luck

the first 10 punds you loose when your dieting is water weight. but there are all liquid diets that can make you drop a quick 10 pounds. but the problem is, is that it wont last. if your looking for a quick temporary fix, go to your local drug store. they should have some drink that can help you drop it fast.

also jamba juice, has light calorie smoothies. and you can add a nutritional supplement that is called a burner. and that helps you burn weight fast.

Don't worry they'll get it ALL back with interest. I suggest you don't torture your body and keep away from these quick weight loss fads. They damage the liver, the metabolism, the thyroid and even the heart with their dum techniques.

eat a lite breakfast, drink 6-8 glasses of water with lemon in it, ( it flushes out the toxins in your body) and eat a small piece of fruit for snack, soup for lunch, and a very small portion for dinner, and take vitamins, always.
