Does it transfer before you notice the person is even sick, or when the symptoms are noticeable?

For a long long time now, almost a year, every time my heal bends in a step, the bones crack and its loud and annoying not only to me, but to my doorm cause its so loud. It doesnt hurt, I don't feel it, it just sounds like bones cracking (like a knuckle crack only repetitively.) What is this, and does anyone know how to go about stopping the noise? (I know lots of people have this)

I was curious to know if there have been studies done tying Parkinsons Disease and RLS together? Is it possible for a person who has RLS to get Parkinson's later on in life? Thank you for whatever information you can give me. I don't have Parkinson's but I do have RLS, especially at night when I am trying to sleep. I also have sleep apnea and rapid eye movements. This was all diagnosed at the Sleep Lab years ago. Please, God, help people who have Parkinson's Disease.

I have been off my meds for weeks maybe even months my psychiatrist didn`t know so when I told her yesterday she upped the dosage on my depression pills so I took them and my sleeping pills last night I turned off the comp lay down on the bed went to sleep I then got up while still sleeping eyes half open not blinking went sat at the computer desk changed the channel on the tv went to the bathroom then slept walked into the living room and went to sleep on the couch is this because of my meds?

What I mean by blurryness is if you have ever looked at the sun or a shiney object for a few seconds and looks away you can see the blurryness for a while after looking at that objct.

I have an "inny" and I always wash this area with soap and water thoroughly. I always use a cotton bud, soaked in alcohol or cologne to clean the hard to get areas on the inside of my belly button after drying. Still I notice there are days when I stick my finger inside, there is this stickyness and for some reason this strange odor. It just doesnt smell clean, if you know what I mean. What am I doing wrong? I am so aware of it during lovemaking. I feel nervous and just dont like to be kissed down there anymore because of this odor that may be lurking there...Please help.

My best friend's mom is in the hospital and probably will be for a while. I'm trying to think of a gift package I can send with some things to kep her mind busy.
