For a long long time now, almost a year, every time my heal bends in a step, the bones crack and its loud and annoying not only to me, but to my doorm cause its so loud. It doesnt hurt, I don't feel it, it just sounds like bones cracking (like a knuckle crack only repetitively.) What is this, and does anyone know how to go about stopping the noise? (I know lots of people have this)

Ever thought about seeing a foot doctor? Or a massage therapist? Or a chiropractor? Maybe something is out of place and needs repositioning.

Go see a Doctor. That can't be good after a while. Sounds like bone on bone. And it could be eroding slowly. Go see a Doctor before it starts to hurt.

Try taking Flax oil and also glucosomene. The flax is necessary for basically keeping your joints oiled from the inside and the glucosomene is great for joint health.
It will take a few weeks to notice an improvement.
Also, consult a chriopractor/kineseologist for more information.
Good Luck
