Pro's: none
Cons:
1) when a girl checks it out she will say wtf is that?
2) greater chance of infection
Actually my friend isn't circumcized and doesn't have many problems with the girls so I wouldn't worry about it.

Pro's.....some girls like a guy with foreskin. My friends girlfriend hates circumcised guys and says their p e n i s 's look deformed and smaller!
Con's....The area behind the foreskin can become infected if not kept really clean, it can also smell quite bad too. The head of the p e n i s can be very sensitive and can lead to premature ejaculation. Some men can have very tight foreskin which is hard or impossible to pull all the way back without a lot of pain.
I was circumcised as a baby and I have never had any problems at all. The head of my p e n i s is not overly sensitive which means that I can keep it up longer when I make love and have lots of control. The head of my p e n i s is also much larger than my circumcised friends, I'm not sure if this a genetic thing or whether it is that way as a result of being circumcised as a baby.

Pros of being uncircumcised:
The foreskin protects the glans (head of the penis) keeping it moist and sensitive as well as from possible injury.
The inner foreskin and frenulum (too often removed) have lots of nerves in them, increasing sensation.
It's a natural part of the body that shouldn't be maligned, every male's born with one, 80% of the world's male population is uncut, few have real problems.
Cons:
Problems can arise (though intervention with circumcision is rare) though they aren't common. Problems include:
Phimosis and paraphimosis, where the foreskin is too tight. Usually can be treated non-surgically unless there's pain upon erection or something.
Possibly more irritation from being more sensitive. It's possible that it's more prone to irritation from strong soap or certain chemicals, but that's easily dealt with.
In any case, the foreskin is really really easy to keep clean. Pull it back and wash underneathe like any other part of the body. Some people are more prone to having a smell, but then again some people tend to stink anyway. That's something that needs the attention of personal hygiene, not surgical intervention. The foreskin does NOT have a significant increase/decrease in infection and STD rates, at least not enough to completely counterbalance the potential post-operative risks of circumcision (especially infant circumcision). The new HIV study linking circumcision to decreased rate of contraction should be approached with caution (see link below).
Basically, if you're uncut then all's good unless you're unfortunate enough to develop severe problems (really rare). There aren't many cons. The cons are equivalent to having the tonsils routinely removed - it's very existence means the possibility of problems, not the certainty. However, getting it removed may incur problems in an attempt to remedy problems that may not happen anyway. If it's not broken, don't fix it. Words to live by.

Pros of being circumcised- you look like all the other white american boys, so the girls have something to compare to.
Cons of not being-not much; 80% of all males in the world are uncircumcized. It is the natural way to be; all of this hygeine crap is just that-crap. If you take a bath and you have a hood, you are likely going to clean up there same as if you don't.

The pros : No glans keratinization, meaning your glans wont be cracked, chapped, or broken.
More sensitivity.
More creative ways to play
It is actually clean.
Doctors and lots of people claim circumcision is cleaner, prevents stds (which is a lie) but what you don't know is that they are pro circumcision not only for religious reasons, but also because the skin graft is a multimillion dollar business. These grafts are then used for research, and because baby skin contains relatively large amounts of collagen, its perfect for diverse surgical uses, such as in patients with vascular ulcers that do not heal
I do not support circumcision, I do have my frenulum and LOVE IT.
