I used to get one to two colds per year. I quit all dairy products three years ago and have not gotten a cold since then. What's up with that? What does it say about what we've been told about milk?
It doesn't do a body good. Since that happened to me, I've been thinking about it. Why do we drink something from another species that is meant for their offspring but only for a short time in their lives? Have you ever seen an adult cow drinking milk from another cow? Why do we do it?
