My finger hurts when I bend it backwards too... That probably just means it isn't very flexible.

The reason why your finger hurt when you bend them backwards is because it was not meant to bend backwards of course. Why are you bending your fingers backwards anyway? Don't do that.

maybe you broke something and you dont know about it...i broke a bone in my hand before and didnt know till like a month later. see a doctor if the pain is bad.
