How do I gain more muscle in my leg and butt? I'd like from my hips down to be alittle bigger. Any suggestions? Also from experience whats the best foods to eat to gain weight?

My 12 year old daughter has had sore throats all threw out her life

They are starting to scar her tonsils

Her tonsils have like holes kindof in them

She just got off anabiotics for the same thing a cople of weeks ago and i dont want her back on them

She asked for until wednesday or thursday to fix it

It is like red raw in the back

With phlem

Water is her main problem she just won't drink it she doesnt like the taste

What can she do?

What will the doctor do for the damgaed and tonsils with scaring?

I went to a nail salon on Sunday and was refused services because I demand the technician to properly clean the basin where my feet would be cleaned. I put my hand in the basin and wiped about the inner surface and my hand was full of skin and scum. Is it to much to ask for clean utensils?

I was watching cnn news yesterday and they played a piece about a so called "supper bug" in kids. It starts off as a fever that doesn't go away.. and then it grows from there. They said it was hard to diagnose and treat. I was wanting my hubby to read or watch that video..but i can't seem to find it.. Does anyone know where i can get it?? Hi, I'm 34 female 5"8 and 220. A few months ago I decided to change my life and get thin again (I have been overweight for the last few years only).
I have a membership to a gym. I had lap band weight loss surgery 2 mo's ago and I am medically cleared to hit the gym.
I get bored very easy.
I know to lose maximum weight cardio is very important. Can someone give me a 30 - 45 minute plan to get maximum results?

For example:

Eliptical 5 min
Bicep curls 5 min, etc.

I just recently had a cholesterol panel done and while my total cholesterol dropped, my triglycerides rose. What might have caused this?

I decreased the amount of fatty foods I ate during the time between the two tests, started exercising, ate more vegetables. I'm wondering why my triglycerides are continuing to climb while my total cholesterol is dropping.

Is it true it goes away or you have it for life? I have done so much research that some people say it goes away(including my own doctor and online) and some say it will stay there forever said some doctors online and other people online. Some have said if you immune system is strong enough it will fight off the virus.That is why women under 30 dont get hpv test when they get a pap smear because it will eventually go away in most cases. What is true? Does it stay forever or can it eventually go away?
