NO!!!!!!!!!! Condoms are only about 85-95% affective. The only thing that can stop AIDS is YOU!!!!!!!! Don't have sex with strangers are without knowing for sure that your partner is HIV FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is the only way to stop the spread of HIV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
