It sound like a dangerous diet and exercize program for someone your age and weight. Drinking a lot of water is good for you and will help you lose weight if you drink it inplace of soda or sugary drinks because you cut out unneeded calories. But you need more than 1200 calories a day to maintain any kind of exercie program. I am would sugest going to 1800 calories and increasing your exercise program. If you get at least an hour of excersise a day you will not only maintain a good weight but also have a fit firm shape. at the rate you are going you will be a weak bag a bone very soon. hope this helps

You're only 15. You're still growing. You shouldnt' be trying so hard to lose weight. You'll probably still gain some height, which will slim you out, although 125 pounds is hardly overweight. You sound fine. Perfect. eat a 1400 a day diet. With plenty of milk products. You don't want to cause yourself REAL health problems by dieting so young. Get over the skeletors on T.V. already. They're gross!! They are not healthy examples of young women. Play a sport to keep in shape if you feel the need. And don't forget to get a hit to the head now and then, to keep you from thinking this B.S. again.

You will probably lose weight, but mostly because you aren't getting enough food -- 1200 calories is too low for a growing teenager. 30 bottles is more than enough water - you don't need nearly that much.

There's a bunch of problems here.
1. that's to much water, you'll drain your body of vital minerals, and damage your kidneys.
2. 1200 calories is way low but exercise is good
3. your 15, stop worrying about your weight. 125 is not heavy

1200 calories is a bit low, bump it up a bit...you don't want to suffer from malnutrition due to trying to drop a few pounds...you're not overweight for your height anyway really... the chart I just checked had 132 - 156 lbs for your height, based on body frame size.

Eat healthy...and exercise to stay fit and maintain your weight....you don't need to lose...

You're not eating enough calories, you are still growing. Eat more, exercise. The water isn't doing anything, and you might drown.

Ask your doctor. You going to drink 2 liters of water per day. One suggestion just avoid : chips, soda, candies & chocolat . I think natural lemonade is ok (just one glass per day) try to eat more natural fruit and vegetables. hot oat is good.
