I was wondering what would be the best combination. 3 days cardio, 3 days weight lifting, alternating the days maybe? I know that's how I did it a few years ago, I dropped 8 whole dress sizes my senior year in high school, without dieting, but I weigh a little more now, and so does my friend. Any thoughts, tips, advice?

my girlfriend was born with a hole in her heart..she cannot do surger becuase the area is too sensitive..she took medicine to have the tissue cover the whole..but her heart has eben hurtin her recently..i get scared for her..please tell me what to do..she refuses to go to the doctors..she says everythiung is fine..but i want her to go see...wat do you guys think?

Me and my dad can gain muscle very quickly my dads arm are huge and i just started working out 2 weeks ago and my arms are already getting bigger, while my dads brother and his son dont. My uncle has been trying to get his muscles as big as my dads but he never could and his son has also been trying to get muscle and cant.What is it that me and my dad have?

is my mom a little bipolar?. not totally, but a little? she always starts getting sooo mad, and angry, and yells alot when my dads refuses to go to the grocery store, because he`s too tired. she buys things too much. she buys me things, but knows i wont use it. i dont think she`s depressed, but sometimes she is like really mad, and when she`s mad, she takes it all out on me. but sometimes shes really happy, buying me alot of things.

My dentist noticed damage to my back teeth that he said is most likely from acid reflux. (I also have the burning throat and horrific heart burn lately too) Around the same time I started having these issues I started having problems with my ears, sinuses, upper and lower back (but not middle) and waking up coughing at night. Can acid reflux cause all these other issues too?
I tried going to the dr about all this but the nurse actually told me that I had "too many symptoms" to be seen about in one day!

I was having sex with my girlfriend this morning, and this being the first time, went limp inside of her. We then switched positions and tried again and then everything worked well. But then later on in the day we were having sex in the pool again and I went limp, and nothing she could do could make it erect again. This is the first time its happened and I dont know what might be the cause or if it is common or what. Can someone please help.

About 10 yrs. ago, I had recurrent spontaneous pneumothoraces requirering surgery. At the time, I also had lymphadenopathy of unknown cause. During hospitalization I developed an acneform folliculits over chest, back , and face that itches. Dermatologist is puzzled, bx did not help, anti-fungals, antibx, topicals, failed. Did 2 courses of Accutane which helped, but rash came back on face and neck. Itches intensely- and it worse in day, better at night. Dad has Marfan variant. Tiny filled pustules and small bumpy rash. Any one with any clues? Take benadryl at night, but doesn't really help. I am 43. Only other health probs. are osteoarthritis of knees, precancerous colon polyps removed, fibrocystic breast dz. I am 5'8" 130 lbs. HELP
