The best you can do at this time is get professional help for your Granny ASAP, because dizziness can be serious and caused by several medical reasons, and nausea can too, only a medical Dr. can diagnose and treat Granny sufficiently, and perhaps she`ll be up and feeling well again, that is my prayer, do take care.

Sounds serious. Could be meningitis, or an infection of the outer part of the brain. Take her to the doctor immediately. Or, NOW!

y would u drop out of middle school!!!!!! im going into 8th grade and i would never drop out.. cool your rich ok about ur grandmother... ask a doctor..
