O.k so im trying to gain weight and muscle. Im very toned, because I have little fat. I never understood metabolism. I mean is it a fast or slow metabolism that im looking for here. Now I'll admit I dont eat like a pig, but I still eat, and I never gain weight. For fa people this is a blessing, but for people looking to gain weight, its a curse. Im trying to gain weight and muscle, and I dont understand how burning calories helps, seeing as how more calories = more weight. What can I do to gain weight and muscle? Im working out recently.
