it depends on the age and mass, but assuming that there is 30% protein per fly and each fly ways .3 grams. that would mean that there is approximately .09 gms per fly. so about 10 or 11 flies!

As many as you can. A good idea is to catch a whole bunch of them and eat them all together to get the best effect with the nutrients.
