i dont wanna look like a fatso with muscle mass nor skinny with tiny muscles

I always do 5 sets with 10 reps each.
On every other day I do 10 sets of 10 (arms and legs only)

Start your training with 1 set of 15-20 reps of your weight training exercises. After a month or so increase to 2 sets of 10-12 reps. In general, the higher the reps the more toning of muscle. Lower reps with heavier weight will build more muscle mass.
