cut the carbs and sugar. How about no sugar? go to gym then hit on your legs and target your hip only. Best result is running on the stair. it s mainly focus on hip, hamstring and gluts than running on flat surface. Eat very clean and many small meals, like 5-7 small meals everyday. Make sure u go bed on empty or little stomach. it forces your body to burn your fat storage for energy . okay carefull dont get too underweight. good luck.

SIDE BENDS!!!!!!!!!!!
stand up straight with legs a foot apart, bend from side to side reaching your hand half way down your calf on the side you are bending to, and reaching over with the other hand above your head. Keep doing it, you will start to see a difference!
if you are a little sore in the hip area the next day then keep doing it. If you are not feeling it, do more reps each time until you feel it.!
In additions pilates and yoga are also good ways to balance out your shape.
