What is the 24 minute circuit at 24 hour fitness?

There is a sign in our club but in order to find out how to do it you need to hire a personal trainer. What's up with that? I thought those guys were there to help you and you'd think they would want you to use the machines correctly so they don't have lawsuits on their hands. Does anyone know what the circuit is?

I don't know what you're saying exactly about the trainers, but I'll try to explain what the circuit is.
It sounds like they will show you how to get a 24 min. full body workout using the machines. It's actually a cute idea, but it also sounds like a cute gimmick to make some money. Too bad they don't advertise this for fun, hmmm this just gave me a idea lol
