There are three things to do to get rid of celulite.Drinks PLENTY of water,follow a low fat diet,and use a loofah in the shower.
Water will make you pee,which will help to flush the fat away,a diet of fat flushing foods,which are vegatables,and fruits,and a loofah which will help to break up the fat just below the skin known as celulite.If you do all of these things,you will have no celulite within 3 to 6 months.Of course, exercise will help.Exercise helps everything.

No...cellulite is toxins trapped beneath the skin. The only way to get rid of the toxins is to change your diet and get rid of the fat, sugar, artificial products and other things that make your body retain fluid. Exercise will help tone the underlying muscles, but you must drink fluids (grapefruit juice is a good one) to get rid of the cellulite.

Exercise will not get rid of cellulite. It will get rid of fat layers under the skin but cellulite is not easily lost.

Some but not all of it. Would you believe that Shania Twain has cellulite? It's true.

Just love your body the way it is---cellulite and all.

It will help with it, but it will not go away completely.
It's a genetic condition, if your mom has it, you will have it too.
