Honestly, the life application Bible. I am not a bible thumper or a religion pusher, but recently lost a sister to depression. Since then I have started to read the bible because it provides us with hope and purpose. Life is depressing and more times than not, life sucks. Have you tried volunteering time to your community? That boosts the self-esteem too because there is always someone in a far worse position and it makes you feel good to know you can help them (EMS, shelters, just helping the old lady across the street or playing games with her.) Good luck, and keep pushing.

www.webmd.com or When can a vitamin B6 deficiency occur?
Clinical signs of vitamin B6 deficiency are rarely seen in the United States. Many older Americans, however, have low blood levels of vitamin B6, which may suggest a marginal or sub-optimal vitamin B6 nutritional status. Vitamin B6 deficiency can occur in individuals with poor quality diets that are deficient in many nutrients. Symptoms occur during later stages of deficiency, when intake has been very low for an extended time. Signs of vitamin B6 deficiency include dermatitis (skin inflammation), glossitis (a sore tongue), depression, confusion, and convulsions [1,12]. Vitamin B6 deficiency also can cause anemia [1,12,14]. Some of these symptoms can also result from a variety of medical conditions other than vitamin B6 deficiency. It is important to have a physician evaluate these symptoms so that appropriate medical care can be given.

All of the suggestions above will do good for you. So please let me add some humor to your life. I mean after all, you said a title that HAS helped me. So, read Charlie Brown's comic strip "Peanuts". Poor Charlie Brown has deep feelings of depression, and he says it honestly. Just to see his expressions and watch his friends do their thing and Charlie Brown ultimately overcoming them draws a shiny smile on me that lets me face the new day optimistically.

Try it. Trust me. It helps me daily. I'm not kidding!

I wouldn't do that if I were you. You seem to suffer from things that you cannot pick yourself up from. Ask someone for help. Be honest, and keep looking until someone succeeds in helping you. To paraphrase Bruce Lee, "Books, don't talk back".
