I just bought it and haven't used it yet...is it that good? My friends say it's a great workout!

I don't know but I've found that these are the BEST workout videos!!! You buy them to increase your sex appeal and then they turn out to make you sweat and not get bored with the workout. I've used bellydance fitness videos and I want Carmen Electra's fit to strip. Didn't want your question to go unanswered AND that is the truth.

I have a bad experience with that DVD. I ordered and they
charged me and I never got my order. I kelp trying to contact them, but they made no effort to resolve it.
I ended up charging it back on my credit card.

yes i have all of them, there is about 5 or 6...they are good fun yes...only one out of all of them REALLY works you out and you sweat...the rest are jsut for fun i guess i wouldent call them a work out insted of that one
