i have been on diet and exercising from a month now..i feel i have put on weight but my pants have bcome little loose..so i am confused.,.i want to loose weight and also be slimmer...help me..

Aerobic and these sculpting classes won't put on muscle weight. They will firm you up and help you to lose body fat.
What you are feeling is your muscles toning up and losing body fat, this is what you want! This is why your clothes fit loser because you've lost body fat. Muscle weighs more than fat and you may have gained a little, but this is a good gain, it's solid and you're losing fat, good job girl!

If you are just starting out exercising, that routine will build muscle tissue, replacing lost fat, and burning calories 24-7.

Your pants being loose means that your dropping some extra weight! Keep it up!

Eventually, your body will build enough muscle for your current exercise, but you may not need to build more than that anyways, unless you are an athlete, or want to take up weight training. And by that time you will be pretty slim, anyways.
