as for having problems even after the HCV has been undetectable post 2 years antiviral chemo? yes.

the issue's that aren't resolved are from the chronic nature of HCV. HCV does not just infect the liver, so once the damage is done, some of the bi-directional diseases associated with hcv can remain (in my case, brain fog)

again, sometimes damages to other organs are not reversable, but they can improve some from antiviral chemotherapy.

Even though a person has responded to antiviral chemotherapy does not mean they will not develope cancer of the liver either.

No, first of all there is no cure. Secondly, the problem gets worse with time.

If you mean HPV, yes they can. The virus never leaves your body, but you may never have a second outbreak.
