As long as her dad doesn't own a gun and you remember that she is only 13. Keep in mind even though girls are more emotionally mature than boys, after a while you may get bored of her conversations which will likely my really simple or she will say whatever you want her to say. Since she is so young, she may also be more clingy that a girl who is more mature. Remember you are the older one and don't make dumb choices.

No...what do you mean by "go out with"? You can date anyone you want so long as you are not sexually active. But, since both she and you are minors, you should not be thinking about having sex until BOTH of you are old enough. (preferably over 18 y/o)
Go read a book or see a movie and leave grown folk activities to the grownups.

I don't want to be mean but I think so.13 I think is gust to young to date.If that was my daughter I would end up grounding her until she was 22 year old.
