Ok. I'm currently on my first and new diet. I don't have anytime to exercise, so here's what I do for a healthy diet:
- I don't drink anything except water (I drink a little healthy juice) [i use to drink 3 cans of coke a day & no water]
- don't eat anything 2-3 hours before your bed time
-only healthy meals.. eat untill you get full... but only healthy and low fat... about 2,000 calories or 1,800 a day... check labels!
- whenever you get a day off or have a 1/2 an hour w/ nothing 2 do then EXERCISE.. like do some running or jumping jacks( i stick w/ jumping jacks)
- park the farthest in parking lots and take stairs not elevators.............

You cannot "spot reduce"---- meaning you cannot lose bodyfat from JUST your legs and butt. The bodyfat has to come off your body from everywhere---including your skinny shoulders and arms! This is why you want to lift weights. You want to build up the skinny parts of your body by weightlifting and slim down the fatty parts of your body by doing cardiovascular----so you have a sexy symmetrical looking body.

THE BEST WAY TO LOSE BODY FAT and build muscle:

Cardiovascular 3 times a week- 20-30 minutes each session---brisk walking jogging, or swimming. Keep heart rate up for 20-30 minutes each session to burn fat all over. Don't overdo it!

Weightlifting 2 times a week. 20 minutes each session to build muscle on the skinny parts of your body.

Eat whole grains, veggies, fruits, and some protein(fish, turkey, chicken). Remember: Balance is the key.

Walk, walk, walk I hate it but it does help. I also try to eat as little fat as possible check labels for fat. Watch the fat calories stay under 50.

I want to be a smart a$$ and say hack it off with a cleaver...but that would be mean. You gotta find the diet that works for you-I laid off the carbs (pasta and bread) and lost quite a few pounds. You must excersize too, as for certain moves...dont ask me! Im a lazy chick!

If you can afford it, get a personal trainer-otherwise just do splenty of squats, ride bike, work on machines or anything that works your legs and lower body.

Exercise and consume less calories than you are burning.
