I think sunbathing is more harmful.... cause you have to stay outside longer to get any kind of a tan, I find a tanning bed more relaxing and peaceful.

Tanning bed for there is no filter for even though there are holes in the ozone rays aren't right there-neither are that great and I hope that whichever you do that you wear sunscreen-sunscreen not only protects from skin cancer but also from wrinkling when you get older-sun causes wrinkling and since tan booths imitate sun-expect more wrinkling as you age.

The tanning bed is more harmful because of the lotion that is used before hand.
If you use the tanning bed make sure you ask what the lotion has in it or you can get skin cancer .
UV protection isn't as good as UVB protection.

You can get cancer from both just be natural and wear sun tan lotion you dont need all of that because you will get addicted and think you need this all the time.

I say the tanning bed, I don't trust them at all. Too much of danger.

Both are harmful.
But because tanning booths concentrte with UV they are more harmful.
